Appointment times are reserved for your child in order for our team to be prepared to treat them in the best manner possible. We respect your time and make a sincere effort to minimize your office waiting time. Please understand, however, that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise with children and can cause delays. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your child’s scheduled appointment so we can seat your child at the promised time.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
We ask that you give us at least two business day notice if you must reschedule your child’s appointment. Patients who are consistently late or fail to keep their appointments will not be rescheduled and/or will need to prepay for their future appointment in full.
A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel your child’s appointment with less than 2 business days’s notice.
We are a child-friendly office but do ask that parents supervise their children while in the waiting area to avoid disruptions to the patients and potential injury.
If you bring in a patient’s sibling, you will have to stay in the waiting area with the sibling until your child’s dental care is completed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you child becomes ill as it can affect their appointment. Some conditions and infections may affect their dental treatment and their appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Please notify our office if your child has had a change in their medical history.
Food, drink and cell phone use
Please do not bring food or drink into the office as many of our patients cannot eat or drink before or after their appointments and the treatment areas may contain contaminants.
Cell phones should be turned to vibrate as ringing telephones and conversations can be distracting to our patients and dental team.
Our patients can reach Dr. Kari or Dr. Tim for after hours emergencies at 403 873 1414.
