O.fficial Contest Rules

1. Contest Sponsor

The BabyTooth Disney Vacation Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Kari Badwi Professional Corporation (“BabyTooth”), located in Calgary, Alberta.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on August 1, 2026 and closes on July 31, 2027 at 3:00 PM MT.

Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta who enter by referral or by the no-purchase, no-referral alternative method of entry described below and who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Are the parent or legal guardian of a current or former BabyTooth patient.
• Comply with all Contest requirements outlined below.

Employees of BabyTooth and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the Contest by referral, participants must:

1. Refer a new patient to BabyTooth.
2. The referred patient must book and attend a consultation, assessment, or cleaning appointment within the Contest Period.
3. The referred patient is not required to accept, begin, or complete any proposed treatment plan.
4. The participant must consent to being contacted by BabyTooth for Contest administration and winner verification purposes.

One (1) entry is awarded per new patient who is referred and attends their consultation or cleaning appointment. The referred patient must meet BabyTooth’s usual patient-acceptance criteria, including being 12 years of age or younger at the time the first appointment is booked. BabyTooth is not required to accept a patient solely because they were referred through the Contest.

No purchase, payment, treatment, or referral is required to enter or win. To enter without making a referral, an eligible participant may submit a written request during the Contest Period by email to in**@*******th.ca or by mail to BabyTooth at 200, 290 Midpark Way SE, Calgary, AB, including the participant’s full name, Alberta mailing address, telephone number, email address, and confirmation that the participant is the parent or legal guardian of a current or former BabyTooth patient.

Each valid no-purchase, no-referral entry will receive one (1) Contest entry. No-purchase, no-referral entrants are limited to one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period and will be eligible for the same draws and prizes as referral entrants.

5. Verification of Entry

BabyTooth reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize and may require proof of identity, age, Alberta residency, guardianship, entry method, and compliance with Contest requirements.

• Entries with invalid, incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate information may be disqualified.

For referral entries, the referrer is responsible for ensuring that the referred individual voluntarily identifies the referrer as the referral source and expressly consents to BabyTooth using that information for Contest administration and entry verification. BabyTooth will not disclose a referred patient’s health information to the referrer.

6. Grand Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

A Disney Vacation Package valued at approximately $10,000.00 CAD.

The prize details will be provided to the winner upon selection and may include accommodations, park tickets, and/or travel components as determined by the winner in collaboration with Pure Magic Vacations or another travel supplier selected and approved by BabyTooth.

The prize:

• Is not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted by the winner.
• Must be accepted as awarded.

Any expenses not specifically included in the prize description or exceeding the total amount of $10,000.00 CAD are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $10,000.00 CAD. The number of Grand Prizes available is one (1), and the Grand Prize relates to travel from Alberta unless otherwise approved by BabyTooth in writing.

The Grand Prize must be booked within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation unless otherwise approved by BabyTooth.

7. Seasonal Bonus Draws

In addition to the Grand Prize, BabyTooth will conduct four (4) seasonal bonus draws throughout the Contest Period.

Eligible participants who earn a Contest entry during the applicable qualifying period, whether by referral or by the no-purchase, no-referral alternative method of entry, will automatically be entered into the corresponding seasonal bonus draw. Entries earned during one seasonal qualifying period will not carry forward to subsequent seasonal bonus draws, but all eligible Contest entries earned during the Contest Period will remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw.

Seasonal Draw #1 — Summer Family Fun

Qualifying Period: August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026

Prize: Two (2) family passes consisting of two (2) adult tickets and unlimited child tickets to any Calgary YMCA, with an approximate retail value of $100 CAD.

Draw Date: September 1, 2026

Eligibility: All eligible Contest participants who have earned at least one (1) Contest entry as of August 31, 2026.

Seasonal Draw #2 — ZooLights Family Experience

Qualifying Period: August 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026

Prize: Four (4) admission tickets consisting of two (2) adult tickets and two (2) child tickets to ZooLights at the Calgary Zoo, with an approximate retail value of $100 CAD.

Draw Date: December 1, 2026

Eligibility: All eligible Contest participants who have earned at least one (1) Contest entry as of November 30, 2026.

Seasonal Draw #3 — Calgary Tower Family Brunch

Qualifying Period: August 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027

Prize: Four (4) admission tickets consisting of two (2) adult tickets and two (2) child tickets to brunch at the Calgary Tower, with an approximate retail value of $100 CAD.

Draw Date: March 2, 2027

Eligibility: All eligible Contest participants who have earned at least one (1) Contest entry as of February 28, 2027.

Seasonal Draw #4 — Spring Family Adventure

Qualifying Period: August 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027

Prize: Four (4) admission tickets consisting of two (2) adult tickets and two (2) child tickets to Heritage Park, with an approximate retail value of $150 CAD.

Draw Date: May 3, 2027

Eligibility: All eligible Contest participants who have earned at least one (1) Contest entry as of April 30, 2027.

Each eligible Contest entry will be eligible only for the seasonal bonus draw corresponding to the qualifying period in which it was earned, if any, and will also remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw.

For greater certainty, participants receive one (1) Contest entry for each eligible referred patient who books and attends a consultation, assessment, or cleaning appointment during the Contest Period, and one (1) Contest entry for each valid no-purchase, no-referral entry, subject in each case to any entry limits stated in these Rules. Each Contest entry may be included in multiple seasonal bonus draws and the Grand Prize draw.

A participant may win more than one seasonal bonus draw if the participant earns eligible entries in more than one seasonal qualifying period.

Winning a seasonal bonus draw does not affect eligibility for the Grand Prize. All eligible Contest entries remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw regardless of whether a participant has previously won a seasonal bonus draw prize.

8. Third-Party Prize Providers

Disney, Disneyland Resort, The Walt Disney Company, Pure Magic Vacations, Heritage Park, Calgary Zoo/Wilder Institute, YMCA, airlines, hotels, travel agencies, insurers, and other suppliers are not sponsors of this Contest unless expressly stated otherwise.

If the Contest is promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform, the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform, unless expressly stated otherwise. Participants must comply with all applicable platform terms and promotion rules.

References to these organizations are for prize-description purposes only.

9. Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted on or about August 15, 2027 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or email.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant for the Grand Prize draw and each seasonal bonus draw must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by BabyTooth.

10. Winner Verification

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:

• Respond within seven (7) calendar days of initial contact.
• Confirm eligibility.
• Provide proof of identity if requested.
• Sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

If the selected entrant:

• Cannot be reached;
• Fails to respond within seven (7) days;
• Is found ineligible; or
• Refuses to complete required documentation,

the entrant will be disqualified and another eligible entrant may be selected.

The winner must book the prize within twelve (12) months of the draw date.

Any funds unused will be forfeit.

11. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that BabyTooth may use the winner’s first name, photograph, likeness, city of residence, and statements relating to the Contest for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

BabyTooth will not use any child’s image or identity, patient health information, treatment-related information, or testimonial-style statement about BabyTooth’s services without obtaining any additional consent required by applicable law and professional obligations.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for Contest administration, eligibility and entry verification, winner selection, prize fulfilment, and communication regarding the Contest. It will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and BabyTooth’s professional confidentiality obligations.

BabyTooth will collect, use, and disclose only the personal information reasonably necessary for these purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

Kari Badwi Professional Corporation, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• Technical failures of any kind.
• Errors in Contest administration.
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.

14. Travel Conditions

Travel is subject to availability, supplier restrictions, blackout dates, government regulations, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond BabyTooth’s control.

The winner is responsible for:

• Passports.
• Travel documentation.
• Visas.
• Custody or parental travel permissions.
• Health documentation.
• Baggage fees.
• Expenses not approved by BabyTooth.
• Expenses exceeding the prize value.

15. Right to Modify or Cancel

BabyTooth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

BabyTooth reserves the right to substitute a prize or any prize component with another prize or component of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize or component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond BabyTooth’s reasonable control.

16. Compliance with Laws

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

17. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any tax consequences associated with accepting a prize.

BabyTooth does not provide tax advice.

18. Disqualification

BabyTooth may disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false information.
• Attempts to manipulate the Contest.
• Submits fraudulent referrals.
• Violates these Official Contest Rules.
• Acts in a manner that compromises the integrity of the Contest.

19. Indemnity

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold BabyTooth harmless from claims arising from participation in the Contest or violation of these Rules.

20. Short Rules for Advertising

Promotional materials may contain abbreviated rules, provided they include all legally required contest disclosures and do not omit material information.

All abbreviated materials shall direct participants to the complete Official Contest Rules.

21. Municipal Compliance

Any signage or advertising used outside BabyTooth premises shall comply with applicable City of Calgary bylaws and permit requirements.
